A user story is a sentence that the customer (or more precisely, the stakeholder) writes to summarise to the team an individual feature, useful to achieve an objective related to the product.
One of the cornerstones of the Agile methodology is the direct involvement of the customer during development. The technical issues are never unsurmountable obstacles, whereas poor communication can become one.
